Our goal at HTS is to always make sure your orders are shipped with care and in a timely manner.
- HTS is currently only shipping within United States.
- HTS customer packages are sent by UPS and USPS. Customer orders being shipped will have a tracking number that will be sent to the customer’s email.
- Regular orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of when the order is received.
- Orders placed under a sale promotion or with a discount code will ship within 7 business days of when you placed the order.
- If a product is out of stock, the HTS customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide availability for the product. If waiting is not an option, we are happy to provide an alternative option that we have in stock, or refund you for the out of stock item in full.

HTS customer order shipping rates are based on the weight of your purchase and your order location. Shipping rates and details are shown before the final checkout stage. Free shipping is applied to all orders over $99.00 pretax.
We are happy to accept your HTS product return within 7 days of you receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted after this timeframe. If you have an issue with your order (defects, shortages) please contact the HTS customer service within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.
